That's the whole brief. We didn't set out to make the lowest-calorie pint, the cleanest macro chart, or the one with the most marketing buzzwords. We set out to make something you'd reach for because it tastes incredible — and happens to put 50g of protein in your spoon.
The problem
Protein desserts had a problem.
Most "high-protein" ice creams taste like punishment with a flavor label slapped on. Chalky textures. Aftertastes that won't quit. Sweeteners doing more lifting than the protein. The category trained people to expect a trade-off — eat the macros, suffer the flavor.
We didn't accept that trade.

ProScoop is real ice cream by FDA recipe — real cream, real dairy, the texture you remember from the pints you actually finished. We didn't strip the indulgence out and call it healthy. We engineered the protein in, then refused to ship anything that didn't taste the way ice cream is supposed to taste.
