How is ProScoop different from other protein frozen desserts?
Most "high-protein frozen desserts" cheat. They lean on water, plant gums, and nut or oat bases to keep the calorie count low — and you can taste it. The result is closer to a frozen protein shake than ice cream.
ProScoop is real, cream-based ice cream. We start with the same dairy and the same scoopable texture you grew up with, then engineer in 50g of protein per pint. Same scoop, way more fuel.
How is ProScoop different from regular ice cream?
A typical pint of ice cream has 5–10g of protein and 60–100g of sugar. ProScoop delivers 50g of protein per pint with a fraction of the sugar — and we never water it down to get there.
It's still real cream, real dairy, real ice cream. We just dialed up the part that helps you recover, build, and stay full.
What's the deal with casein and whey?
We use both, and on purpose.
Whey is fast-digesting and clean-tasting. It gives ProScoop a smooth mouthfeel and a complete amino-acid hit your body can use right away — perfect post-workout.
Casein digests slowly and naturally thickens dairy. It's the reason ProScoop scoops like ice cream instead of relying on gums or stabilizers, and it keeps you full longer.
